If its as big as mind is, yes, it's notified to have. I have layers upon layers. If you feel one layer, you're okay.

Your mama had a big belly while she was having you. Was she not healthy?

It seems that with food aplenty lots ( all? ) mammals have the belly. Just make sure that the belly don't turn into Mr beach ball or else you will roll away :-O

Remember that if you're trying to gain enough weight to keep up LP you probably have a lot of food in your stomach at any given one time. This produces visible bloating and a rounding of the belly. I find that goes away pretty fast when I cut down on carbs and calories.

I jest. I've been meaning to email Rip (I still will) to fully express my gratitude, but the biggest thing I have learned over the last few months of training is the difference between appearance based training and performance based training. January this year, I was 6' 3", 171lbs and had abs. I had a "squat" of 40 kg (I'm mixing imperial and metric, forgive me). At the end of June, my squat was up to 140kg 5x3. Do I have abs? Nope. Do I care? Maybe a little, but I can't argue with the increase in performance.

It's "silly bullshit" to worry about abs. My experience since adding 45lbs of weight is that women want to touch me all the time. I am literally fighting them off. I'm dripping with pussy and I have no idea what to do about it. Then again, this is the internet so I can say anything and it's true.

Appearance based training and performance based training. In my opinion, the biggest lesson I have learned over the months. Thanks Rip.

Just remember this - Abs on a skinny dude are like big tits on a fat chick.

Perhaps you haven't considered that the increase in "belly size" is probably more due to the increased thickness of the muscles surrounding your abdomen, and not an increase in abdominal fat. Your belly is getting thicker, not fatter.
