Since this thread has gone off-topic a bit, I'd like to register the following brag: When I eat at Burger King, I get two triple whoppers with cheese. At McDonald's, two double quarter pounders with cheese, a big mac, and a 10-piece (or whatever) nugget. And I feel fine. I'll regularly eat 8 eggs, 1.5 lbs. ground beef, 2 bananas, and a quart of milk for breakfast. Though I'm one of those people who eats two large meals a day instead of several small ones.
