Haha, my bad then. So what now? I'm definitely at my 5 rep max currently, and hit 4 reps and 3 on subsequent sets... You think I should reset lower, or wait to see if I fail 2 more sessions?

Take a 10% reset, with loads taking you back to 205lbs by the end of 2 weeks (that is, 3 bench sessions). The increased body weight will spur some strength gains on its own, but if you stall again after this it's possible 3x5 just isn't enough to promote an adaptation anymore.
I'd take a modest reset to something like 200 and just go up in 2.5 from there... Considering you're near the point where you stalled out last time you may even have to drop to 1lb increments in not too long or move to other programming for your bench. That also perhaps means you should listen to Oldster and not to me since i only bench 220 and he benches... "more".
Your strength, experience and mass is such that GOMAD is probably excessive and you don't need it to heal your back, but you've gained and cut before so you know the score and thus i'm not going to try to talk you out of it.
I'm on GOMAD because I'm a horrible eater. I have no practical way to get the calories in. This is why I'm also awesome at cutting fat, anything that's "eat less carbs" or eat less in general is easy. I tried clean bulking without GOMAD, gave up in 5-6 days of frustration.
Ok, I'll make a small reset like you both recommend![]()
Other than the baby pig, I just throw in oats, banana, peanut butter, 2-3 eggs (yeah I know), tbsp or two of olive oil, and I fill the blender to the top with milk... so about 1.5L. I don't measure anything, but it's probably typically between 1200-1500 calories, mostly just because it's big.
