I have thrown my wife on my back in a firemans carry and squatted her. She doesn't mind being pressed either.
You could find a way to do dips and chins. There is nothing wrong with pushups.

I don't like to go too long without at least doing BW squats just so things stay loose. The knees get real creaky when I don't make them work... and get real sore when I start up again.

You guys have thought of some interesting ways to EXERCISE on a trip. But his question was about doing the program.

Yeah these are just ways not to atrophy while taking a week off.
There is no program without back squats, which won't happen without a rack.

Just eat and drink (not too much, say about 1/2 bottle of Jack per day :-) ) for the week. You be itching to get back in the Gym on your return. I just come back from a week off, re-ignited linear progression and I am now looking forward to my next week off (every 8 weeks) as I can train like a demon till then. Week off, eat, watch a movie in the week, see friends, grab a beer... I also use this for Creatine cycles and come off the Creatine in my week off.

Of course they wont.. but you can get mighty sore if you don't workout for a week.
