Older folks SS question
Been doing the SS program at 56 years of age and loving it, stronger than I've been in a long long time. Just switched over to the Advanced Novice Program as my squats hit a wall and I'm sure it's a recovery thing. So far, it appears I'm back on track, but my question is what do you feel will be the next best step when the bad recovery man comes back to visit...switch to SS on 2 day/week (ex. Mon/Thur A/B) programming or add an extra recovery day in between the Adv program days (ex. Mon/Thur/Sun/Wed/etc.)??
Go to Texas method without a reset. We have discussed this before for the elderly.
