    Rip,

I wonder if you are fighting a battle that you cannot win, as you are effectively trying to prove something that is false.

The statement being debated here is 'Rip changes posts'.

I believe it to be false, but I can't see how you could convincingly prove it to be false. Unless in some way you published ALL the traffic to your website, so that people could see the posts as they arrive to you before you moderate them and then compare how they subsequently appear on these pages, there is little you can do to convince the doubters and the perjurers.

The burden of proof is theirs really, and proving the statement to be true would be quite simple: just exhibit ONE message as was posted to you, and then show that it appeared heavily redacted, or didn't appear at all.
And yet, lots of people seem to think you are the one that should prove the rumors wrong, a frankly unenviable position (is this an example of Argument from ignorance ? you are better than me at logic).

I think it's the same position of athletes who pass all the drug tests possible, and still people think they are juicing. Atheltes cannot prove they are clean; it can only be proven they are dirty, but some people cannot accept this fact.

Mark often edits all the insightful and probing questions dedicated readers post into ill defined queries that could have been resolved by the most cursory reading of the source material.

Oh, wait, I want to clear one small detail. And if possible, don't edit this post because you'll get what I mean when I ask the question. Pendlay Rows = Barbell Rows? Meaning, the regular normal barbell rows that start from the floor and end on the floor, which some call Pendlay Rows are actually the same as Barbell rows?

Unless there is another definition of barbell row that other people use ... ... I only know of the one in the 3rd edition of SS. There is one other on the internet that implies that the misspelling row is more strict than the barbell row. But they both start from the floor.

The barbell row described in BBT is what is referred to on the internet as the Pendlay Row. Unless that has been recently changed too.

This site is a breath of fresh air. I've been banned, put on probation on other sites
but not this one, it is super cool freedom of expression that I have never experienced
elsewere, this might be due to the fact that nobody understand my writing but I suspect
    not.

I've been on this board for 4+ years. I've had Rip edit my posts in the Q&A. He has never changed the content of any of my posts. He's edited them for clarity (e.g. typos, poor structure) and for endorsing other websites. Never has the content been changed.

Now I fell victimized as Rip has never bothered to fix my typos or improve my poor structure.

Maybe you should become a poorer writer. ;-)
