    How can i improve my squats ?

    2 Heavy sets + 2 light ( for comparison)

    I had some pain in my right knee ( the leg is suffering from multiple old muscle injuries ). Last time it took 2 months to go away ( no squats or deadlifts ), so i would rather fix something before it strikes again.

    They actually look pretty good but you've got a little divebombing going on and it causes the bar to come forward sometimes. I'd have you slow it down and focus on staying tight in the bottom.

    Also see if you can face away from the mirror. You're looking forward into the mirror when you need to be looking down at the ground. Some people have qualms with this one but I swear this simple thing brings people's form together.
