7 a.m. during the summer months, 4 p.m. during the rest of the year.

No school right now, so I traing at roughly 10 am 5 days a week.
Once I start back to school (Uni) the way my classes, chapel & lunch fall during the day, I'll probably have heavy sessions every day m-f around 3pm, with lighter quick training sessions on mon/wed at around 9:30.

I train oly, and am really big on a regulated schedule, so it's probably easier for me to train o na set schedule when school gets back in session.

I train around 5:30pm on weekdays (after work) and maybe around 9am on Saturdays (when I get up) and around 12:30 on Sundays (after church). For weekdays, I try to snack on something maybe at 3. Saturdays, I make sure to eat breakfast by 7. Sundays are the worst, because I don't eat before church and go straight from church to food to gym, so I have to eat a little light if I don't want it to come back up. Sundays are always my worst day, so I try to make it a light day if my programming has light days.

I train from about 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., I have boundless energy, so I like my muscles being really loose before a workout.

I don't take any sleeping pills either, but it takes a couple hours for the energy from the pre-workout to go away after the workout. So I usually go to sleep around 3:00 to 4:00 a.m.

Once the energy goes away you sleep like a baby though, I always feel like I can breathe better after a workout for a couple of hours.
