Are you putting 150 pound cans of dog food in the cabinet overhead with one hand? What strenuous things -- compared to your 405 squat/200 pound presses -- do you do unilaterally? Have they been challenging in terms of coordination?

are you a proponent of o'brien's glide or baryshnikov's spin? when it comes to the porcelain potty put?

I'm not feeling witty enough right now to make the joke worth it, but I want to be the first to mention it, so I'm gonna point out that there's a masturbation joke to be made in there.

50 lbs. is about as far as I need to go one-handed. And, that won't be much when I get to serious squat/press numbers. So, overwhelm it; don't optimize it. Fair enough.

    Thanks.

P.S. I actually googled "masturbation jokes" and there are a few good ones. NSFW!
