If Mark was a responsible guy he would only sell his book WITH THE DVD, with semi-naked women demonstrating perfect squat form,
say hey Mark I hit my head on a tree while concurrently riding your motorcycle and watching your distracting DVD. Why didn't you provide me
with a helmet, and can you make the next DVD with fully naked women. Thank you.

Guess I need to review my 2nd Ed again, I don't remember a bunch of near naked women squatting all over the place.

Dammit! I bought the THIRD edition, and missed all the semi-naked women!

If I had to do it all over again I'd still study the book but I would pay a expert to help me established a foundation to operate from, I'm sure I'd learn in a month what has taken me well over a year of training by myself and I'm sure I'm still doing some things wrong.
IT/Computer geeks people use the acronym RTFM. Do it after every workout, because there's lots of little things that don't quite gel until after you try to lift a fucking heavy bar with your back/over your head/off the floor/whatever.

Not to mention that if someone can't handle a little abuse on the internet (what, people get chided on the INTERNET?!?! Next thing you're going to tell me something crazy like there's porn on the internet as well!), how are they gonna handle having several hundred pounds in their hands that really really really wants to get back to the ground RIGHT NOW!?

You have to pay extra for it. And the DVD comes in a discreet, unmarked box.
