Thread: How much should I eat on days I do football conditioning/practice?

    Default How much should I eat on days I do football conditioning/practice?

    Both are usually each about 60 minutes of cardio, so how many calories would be enough to keep going up in weight as you usually do? Right now I eat around 3700 calories a day.

    Avoid eating at all. You wouldn't want to lose your abs.
