i had a rough morning with my family and was exhausted by the time i got to the gym. i was very pleased with my snatch performance, but was feeling drained by the time i got to clean and jerks. 38 felt heavy!!!
Great job on your snatch 43 kg thats good. it sucks going to the gym so drained but with your numbers you could not tell you were even affected by it.
