    Default Squat Form Check (especially for Mr Rogers..) lol

    Posted three angles that correspond to each work set.

    5'7
    161 lbs
    Squat- 210 lbs
    Stalled at 225, so I'm working my way back up. Still just alternating PC/Deadlifts every session.

    You could use to go a little deeper and drive your knees out more. Your stance is on the wide side. Other than that, they look pretty good.
