I am a 29 year old (for a couple of more months) female 58kg lifter with a BW of +/- 56kg. Along with Tiny Dancer, I have been worn down by my coach TBone to start a log.
I have no athletic background. I did crossfit for about a year and a half, then did my own thing for over a year. During that time strength was not a priority.
I am coming back from a ~6 month break from lifting so my numbers are still on the low end. I have been back to training seriously again for a little over a month. I took it slow coming back and that was the smart thing for me to do. I typically train 4xs a week.
