Treatment for lactose intolerant
Before I started drinking milk for the SS program, I was lactose intolerant, so I started taking Dairy Care, and it seems to have gotten rid of my intolerance. Just a heads up for people with lactose intolerance who have problems with GOMAD.

I take Lactaid before I drink/eat anything with milk/cream, have you tried stuff like that? I'm just curious how it compares if you have. I've switched to Lactaid milk but at $6-$7 for just over a gallon it gets expensive. The fact that Dairy Care is once a day has me intrigued though.

I live in Singapore, the land where Lactaid costs fucking $10USD for a quarter of a gallon, I just can't afford to be taking that long term. I googled lactose intolerance Singapore just to learn more, and then Dairy care came up, so I looked around and realized that all major pharmacists carry it here, so I got a bottle to try. I just finished two bottles, and I stopped taking it altogether, for around 3 days, and I'm not getting any diarrhea or insane farts, so it's definitely worked for me, it claims to be the only treatment for lactose intolerance, and you're not supposed to be dependent on the product long term, so I'll see how it goes. The product is legit though, ever since taking it, I can take a lot of milk, I've been drinking half a gallon so far with no problems whatsoever.
Just wanna share this with people who can't drink milk, I'm saving so much more money not having to purchase lactose free milk, which tastes like shit IMO and is ridiculously priced.

I'll definitely give it a shot! Thanks for sharing.
