Squat and OHP form check
Stats:
21 year old male, 7 weeks into SS
Initial weight 180 lbs , now 200 lbs
Squat: 210 lbs
Bench : 90 lbs
Deadlift: 210 lbs
OHP: 85 lbs
Power Clean : 55 lbs
Hi coach, was wondering if you could check the form for my squat and OHP; it'd be greatly appreciated. One question I have about the OHP is whether I'm using too narrow a grip (I go half an inch into the knurl) or if I have the long-forearms-short-humerus configuration. I ask because I can't get the bar to rack on my shoulders.
