    Excelllent article coach!

Coincidently, I was a visitor at gym in Colorado springs today and I saw a guy doing overhead presses. He maybe was doing a third rep and lopsided. Grunting and dropping the bar on the pegs. Should I have a) helped him? B) hit him? c) ignored him?

I felt that hitting would fire up some adrenalin and helped with my sets.

Enjoyed that article immensely. It made me want to go downstairs and do some presses even though those are not till next workout!

Probably better that you ignored f4thpathway. Get his attention and he might have prevented you from finishing your workout by rambling on about the Ambien walrus.

Cheers, Rip. Every so often, my inner bro starts to creep to the surface--this kinda stuff is the antidote.

You're a liar but your articles and books are legit
    U happy now?
You're a liar because you secretly ban/deactivate forum members while telling everyone you never ban people

This article just makes me realise what true strength is and that really, a 75kg Press is very attainable.
Yes, took me four months. Admittedly, I'm 100 bw - which I'm chasing.

Watching the 502 video, does anyone else get deeply impressed by the man's ability to jump? Not to belittle the awe inspiring sight his press is, but the way he shoots up into the air...

I've been working on my overhead pressing for a couple years now, and can't seem to find a program that gives me consistent improvement. I've tried 5x3, the 40 workout protocol dan jon suggested, 5x5, low weights high reps, high weights (for me) low reps, and am currently doing a hundred partial hand stand push-ups a day with the intention of increasing the range of motion every month. I'm still not close to my body weight."

Have you got any more of these old pictures of Starr and Suggs? They make me happy.
I personally think this pic of Starr is awesome. Who wouldn't want to look like that?
