My clean has been stuck for a while and 185# is my best single. I've just switched from TM to 5/3/1 and am doing cleans on bench day. I've been working up to a heavy single and then doing 4 sets of 3 with ~85% of that weight. I just started this, so I don't know how it's working yet (but my deadlifts seem to like having their own day and I'm hopeful that an increasing dead will also help bring my clean along).
If my goal is to increase my clean, is that as good a method as any, or would you recommend a different approach?
