I've been trying to watch and correct my own mistakes but can't seem to get it right.

I am not sure any of it is good except my wrists being straight over the bar. I feel like my stance is wrong, and that I'd be fine squatting more weight if my toes weren't so far out.

negativefeedback, I have SSBBT3 on Kindle, any chance you know the locations? I'm not sure how to look up print page numbers on a kindle

You are up on your toes pretty bad on some reps. Stop thinking about what you are doing so much. Find a point on the floor and fix your eyes there during the set. You are looking at your feet too much and trying to "think" your way through the set. You need to learn how to "feel" the set by using your body and stop looking for visual feedback that will reinforce that you are doing the right thing. This is called developing your kinesthetic sense. Think of it kind of like a Spidey sense.

It looks like your knees are going past your toes too much. I had that problem. Really focus on sitting back into the squat (sticking your butt back).

You are also over-doing the looking at the ground deal. The idea is to have a neutral neck position, which means you look at the ground in front of you, not beneath you.
