300 bench and 290 squat? Something's not right with that picture.

You can always give it a shot for a few weeks and see where its heading, but there's always a very good reason a program is laid out the way it is. You should always complete at least one whole cycle of any program before you start mixing "new" concepts in.

But Since this not a form or injury related question you should stop being a pussy and just do it, you really don't need advice when it comes to questions like this, take a leap and don't worry, It's not like you're doing Dynamic Good Mornings(still makes me laugh).

If it is, would it be a better idea to include the vertical pulling on the military days and the rows on the bench day? (same planar direction)
This sounds good, something like EDT.

When did I say I didn't want to increase my squat? The only reason I'm going on a strength routine is because of my pathetic squat. I only want to switch press and bench because my bench is sofa king high on comparison. Id rather the bench not change that much because of the ratios. Btw, tested the maces today and squat was higher.

Pics attached to post. They're small, but not as small as you'd think.

It was always easy for me to increase bench. I didn't know anything when I started so I didn't start out squatting and never went on a strength routine. I also did upper body bodyweight exercises for 1.5 years prior to even lifting a weight. Upper body was more developed at the start.

OP, just curious, what program(s) did you use to get a 300 bench at 159lbs? If you were smart enough to achieve that than your other lifts shouldn't be a problem. I actually thought you looked better at 177lbs, and I don't think Madcow is a program designed to be done whilst trying to maintain very low BF. Getting a strong press whist ripped sounds especially hard to do.

I'm upping my calories while going on it to get dem strength gains. I didn't follow a specific program in the past. I've done many chest/tri type of routines w/ going to the gym 4-5x a week. I liked how I looked big in a shirt while bulking but I gained the weight fast, 1lb/week, and acquired too much fat imo. Some pictures didn't do the face fat any justice.
