    Default Training on Monday, Thursday, Friday

    Constraints beyond my control: I can only do barbell training on Monday, Thursday and Friday.

    How does this affect my programming given that thursday and friday are consecutive days?

    I am.

    I have actually managed to manipulate my timetable such that I can now train monday, wednesday, friday, and I'm very excited about it.

    Perhaps the question still is worth an answer for anyone else who needs the answer, but it's all fine at my end.

    I would have done something like this:

    Monday:

    Squat
    Bench
    Deadlift

    Thursday:
    Press
    Chins

    Friday
    Squat
    Powerclean
