I would pick the pistol and clear my ears if I had such shitty genetics.
Why you so mad brah? Where all this come from? Is it because your parents were beating you when you were young? Is it because you were getting bullied at school for being a beta faggot? Is it because you have a femlike face and you cant grow a beard? Is it because no gf?

Also, why the fuck did you came to the SS forums to troll. GTFO and go back to /fit/ or Misc or whatever the fuck you came from.

I'm sorry but none of the stereotypes you mentioned applies to me.
And even so, sadly that doesn't change your shitty booby genetics.
But don't be sad my friend, be happy because YOU ARE SPECIAL! yes! no one would look cooler at youtube exploding himself after swallowing a frag grenade like you.

0/10 you are a newfag troll. You are not fun, your replies are uninspiring. Ignored, cause your trolling is so bad it will give us aids.

Since I switched to backloading I no longer get that feeling. I agree with simonsky; you should at least look into it. 1900 kcal will lose you bodyfat, but you won't be as satisfied hunger-wise and you may lose some strength.
Feels good man. I haven't done it exactly as written out in terms of the 50:50 and the shakes/supps but everything is spot on. The man is a fucking messiah for inner fat kids. Smart as hell too, you couldn't find even 1/10th the citation on his book on any other high carb / high pro/ low fat diet out there. The podcasts are awesome too.

    You sold it to me.

So if i understand it right.

Skip breakfast. First meal is 3+ hours after waking.
Fat and Protein meals only until post workout.
Workout should occur between 3pm and 5pm.
Carb and Protein until last meal by 9pm.
Carb heavy, consume the whole day’s worth of carbs in the time after workout until last meal of the day.
Supplement with Leucine, Whey, Creatine, and Caffeine.

The science behind it is the same as leangains, and Cheat mode. Interestinng stuff.

Must suck having to follow such a strict dieting to just have the body composition of the average joe AT BEST...
I eat WHATEVER I want, WHENEVER I want, and I grow like weed or shrink like raisins by nothing but adjusting the AMOUNT of food.

My question is, what do tou do with the off days?

Do you just low carb? Or carb backload the night before the workout?

Edit: just had another read, you just have some carbs in the evening - a potato or some rice - in the rest days.
