I believe this is 290x7, which I got pretty easily. I have hit 305x7 since this video. I am 6'1'', about 202lbs. Any pointers regarding my depth or positioning would be greatly appreciated.

Your weight is shifting forward at the bottom. Keep the bar balanced over the mid foot (think "heels" if that helps), lean over a little more, and look downwards. Strongly consider getting some lifting shoes.
The camera has been strategically placed so that the plates obscure your hips and back and the bottom of the squat. Can't say a lot about depth because of that.
Thanks for the pointers. I'm gonna bring a tennis ball next time I squat and keep it under my chin to try and fix the gaze problem. Will try also try and keep that bar over the middle of the foot.
Another cue would be to think of the bar as if it were in a smith machine, you want the bar to move vertically, almost like it can only move vertically.
look down, get some hip drive. and get deeper. and don't smirk at the fucking camera in the middle of a set, that's stupid
