    Default Knee pain on squats

I've bee squatting since January of this year or so and have recently started getting pain on the inside of my right knee. I'm a 21 year old male. I've had the pain for the last couple of weeks primarily getting it after the first set of my work weight.

It kind of feels like an ache of about a 2 or so on the 1-10 scale and it usually goes away a couple hours after lifting.

Those are two videos of me squatting 185.

Also, my left leg is a tiny bit longer than my right (I believe it's around a 1/4" longer.) Let me know if you see anything wrong or have any suggestions.

    Thanks.

You probably didn't get a response from Mark (or anyone) because your video angle is bad. From the side, back, and 45 degree between the two is best (preferably all three, 45 degree if only one shot). It's hard to see what you are doing in the videos because of the angle, and because they are too close to see your entire body.
