Default Squat form check (105kg X 5 twice)

    Hello everyone,
This is from today, I train at a sort of texas method program, today it's the volume day (which kept quite low since I train also at 3 other sports).
    BW: 167lbs , height 5"7'.
    Squat RM1: ~305 , Deadlift RM1: ~350 , Bench RM1: ~255 , Press RM1: ~160.

I know there are some problems, I see that the bar doesen't move in a straight lone and also that my heels come off the floor a bit sometimes.
I didn't manage to fix theese problems. Any help will be more than welcome!

    Thanks

Your knees go forwards at the bottom on some reps, I have this problem also.
I can prevent it by concentrating on shoving my butt back during the bounce at the bottom.
(Just another novice here, ignore this if an actual coach contradicts me)
