    Default Squat Check after deload

I was having trouble with my knees traveling forward at the bottom of my squat. I am now squatting with a TUBOW, and I think I've fixed that.

This video is from the side. I have not been feeling well the past few days, and I had to really grind out this set.

This is a view from the back. My knees are wiggling like crazy:

Considering Diet: I have Crohns Disease, so I cannot really do GOMAD. I'm adding 250 calories a day until I start gaining. Every time I just go for 5-6,000 calories, I get diarrhea.

Thank you for looking it over!

A few of those reps still have more forward slide at the bottom than you should have. The first rep is especially bad. Have you worked with a TUBOW?

Also, depth on most of those is slightly high. Do you have a shot from the rear?

    Thanks Spar.

I can take a video from behind tomorrow. What does TUBOW stand for? I'm pretty sure its a board to let my knee hit but not push over.

How do I set it up? Do I step around it while backing up?

Found it. I remember seeing that now. I will try that tomorrow and post another video.

I practiced with the TUBOW last night and this morning. I didn't take it with to the gym. I filmed myself after I worked up to 230, and I was doing the same thing. I found a rolled up Yoga mat and put it in place to use as a TUBOW. I can tell already that it's working.

I wasn't able to film myself from behind because the machine I use to prop up my phone was being used. I will see if my wife can do it on wednesday.

    Thanks for the direction Spar!
