Default Romanian dead-lifts and Speed Pulls (Texas Method)

Can I do Romanian Dead-lifts for 2 or 3 sets of 8 on my volume day and then speed deadlifts the next day? Just wanted to ask if there is anything wrong with that.

    Monday
    Squat 5 x 5
    Bench (or Press) 5 x 5
    Romanian Dead-lift 2 or 3 x 8

    Tuesday
    Speed dead-lifts 6- 12 x 1
    Pull Ups 3 x 5

    Wednesday
    Squat: 2 x 5
    Bench (or Press) 5 x 5
    Curls 2 or 3 x 8

    Friday
    Squat 5RM
    Bench (or Press) 5RM
    Dead-lift 3RM
    Weighted Dips 3 x 5

Even without the squats, that is quite a lot to recover from. But if you think you can do it go for it.

Yes, you could, just build up to it. Introducing any new element into training requires some adaptation to occur. Start conservatively with the RDL and DE DL weight and take notice of your recovery.
