    Squat 85x5 @ RPE form - C+ , 115x5@ RPE form - F, quit after that and taking a hiatus from squatting for a bit. Revamped programming for some other leg-gainzzz.

    Bench 115x5@7, 125x5@8, 120x5

    2ct Paused Bench 105x5@7, 115x5@8, 110x5

    Adding in more conditioning because these workouts are a waste of tizzzimeeee. Back feels awesome!! Last therapy session probably this week or next week.

    did NOT walk out of the gym in tears thanks to mr. and mrs. varrone WOOT WOOT

    hit 115x5 and fixed up some movement patterns / positioning with their help and the hip circle.

    last few weeks have been rufffffff but hoping this adjustment will help me push back ahead.

    back's still stiff but doing everything I can!

    thankful for dr.gainzzz for helping me through the past few weeks. you mah boy blue.
