I play video games for hours most days. My adrenaline is jacked through the roof and I scream and curse the whole time. Do you think this could have a negative impact on CNS and/or muscle gains?

what is your waist, how much so you sleep per night, and what is your current squat?

Seems like if you're sitting most of this time, the resultant tightness in your hip flexors, etc. from being in a shortened position for a long time could be the biggest hindrance to training.

On a serious note, have you considered T-Rex egg whites to supplement your training? While I don't understand the biology, I have it on good authority that pecz are the way to go.

Waist is 31", squat should be around 405 when I go for 1RM, and I sleep 7-8 hours every night plus a few naps throughout the week. I find that I can make progress faster than most people and I'm not having recovery issues. However I have noticed a little more fat accumulation around my abs lately. It could just be that I'm eating more but I was wondering if maybe I have chronically elevated cortisol levels from gaming. Another thing is that I tend to do quite well (kill to death ratio is off teh fucking charts) so I think T is elevated too (or at least I have read that T levels go up and down after "wining" and "losing" and I think these effects are quite noticeable).
