Soft boiled eggs and avidin
Hi Jordan,
what's your take on soft boiled or poached eggs? Are they save to eat in large quantities with respect to avidin? The reason I'm asking is that I much prefer the taste of soft yolk compared to hard boiled yolk. I usually cook them for 5 minutes.

Only raw egg whites in massive quantities taken every single day tend to cause an issue. Biotin deficiency is exceedingly rare. I wouldn't worry about it.
