Honey post-WO
Jordan,
I have received 4lbs of local honey recently.
I would like to use it post-WO as a quick carb source, along with my 10g BCAAs, 2g Beta-A, and TMG.
I am thinking about two tablespoons, which should be around 30g carbs. I plan on using it until it runs out.
Acceptable or terrible idea?

It's fine in this case, because it's free. I wouldn't purchase it explicitly for my post workout drink, however, as it is very rich in fructose.
