I was high bar squatting 200 lbs and experienced knee pain so i switched to low bar squat and re-read the book.
Things I tried to keep in mind:
Chest up
Hip drive
Heels shoulder-width apart
Feet turned out 30°
Weight on mid-foot
Look forward (Instead of look slightly down as mentioned in SS)
Please criticize my form!
