Jordan, I apologize if you have addressed this before.
I have read that older muscles become more resistant to the MPS stimulating effect of protein.
I am 199lb, 5'10", 59yo. Currently eating ~3000 Kcal/day; plan to reduce to 2500Kcal/day to lose 10lb. Protein currently about 220g over 3 meals. CHO and fat not tracked but CHO is usually <200g/day.
Given my age would your recommendations on protein and BCAA amounts change? (Not currently using BCAA but just received my order and plan to use them when I reduce my cals to 2500.)
