25 years old, 5'11'', 180 lbs, 15% bf and bulking.
My macros look like this: 3486 kcal, 244 g protein, 109 g fat, 373 g carb.
I have read your "to be a beast" article ad then I have read your rules on protein with leucine, MPS, mTOR and all that stuff and I am a bit confused about protein intake.
There's nothing wrong with this but I'd add only carbs for awhile.
