    So it's a waste to consume a 3 scoop protein shake all at once (75g protonz)? Since only some of the protein will be used for MPS, and the rest will be converted to sugar via gluconeogenesis correct?

    If your breakfast or total daily protein intake is low then yes, a protein shake would help. So would just eating more protein, in general.
