    Yep, I know they're not the most pliable body parts and that mobility doesn't solve all problems. The original post indicated a "slight imbalance in my hips" and was a little vague, so I was only offering a suggestion. Heck, even you had to clarify whether or not he had a malformed hip joint.

    Yeah post up your MRI results exactly and listem to Matt, some wise words there.

    I have hip issues due to a break in a RTA but squating built me back up well. Im not strong and im not pain free but I am for sure better for squating than not.

    I wont go into details. A much more injured and much much more stronger Matt is the man you need to listen too. I hope you have reread his post alot,
