I'm probably close to my genetic limit on strength and size. I'm a woman so it's not like I get to have a whole heck of a lot of choice about size. It's not like I can say "I'll gain until I am 200lbs and then I'll be strong." Just doesn't work, ya know? However, my strength continues to climb slowly, ever so slowly, painstakingly slowly. I put about 35lbs on my squat in the past year, 10 on my press. I ought to be plenty strong in one more year and probably strong as I'll ever be in 2. Hope that makes all of you feel better about your prospects.

Hey, if anyone's still wondering about this, The Tight Tan Slacks of Dezso Ban just posted an article. http://ditillo2.blogspot.com/2014/10...ean-hyson.html
"This routine, which Arnold followed in the mid-60s, combines conventional bodybuilding training with Olympic weightlifting exercises that build brute strength. He rested as long as needed, sometimes up to five minutes, between sets of heavy exercises.
Clean and Press - 5 x 5.
Push Press - 6, 4, 2.
Upright Row - 10, 6, 4.
Lateral Raise - 3 x 10.
Barbell Curl - 3 x 10.
Overhead Triceps Extension - 3 x 10. "
GET TO THA CHOPPA! That is all.
