    Where is the bar on your shoulders? You have minimal hip drive, and you seem to be squatting with vertical shins. We teach a back angle that is a little more horizontal as well.

    You've got a strong squat, but you need to get your knees a little more forward and your back angle more horizontal.

    Recommend TUBOW a without a coach present.

    Thank you for advice!!! The bar is right below my spine of scap on rear delt as tought. I used TUBOW. I put my toes up to it and still don't touch it with my knees. I literally have to shove them forward with no sitting back to touch the piece of wood with my knees. Strange anthropometry?

    You don't look strange to me...post a video with TUBOW.

    Looks relatively the same to me.

    Your 'yoga block' is too short, you cut the depth off, and you never made contact.

    Would keeping his chin/gaze down a little more help with that hip drive? Seems to be looking forward instead of down to me.
