    Default Squat form check - 315x5

    This is the 3rd set of 315x5x3.

    What I am concerned about is the anterior/posterior motion of the bar. I'm not exactly sure what to do to keep the bar path straighter.

    Also, I am wondering if I am still not leaning over enough.

    I think you are correct. Leaning over a little more would probably help with your knees moving forward at the bottom. You also need to keep pushing up with your hips for the whole rep, not just when you start your ascent. You lift your chest about half way up. Stay with your hips. Lastly, you are a bit wiggly. Do your best to tighten down more. That guy next to you made the video.

    Thanks. That guy is a big dude, and was supersetting the 135# "squats" with 245-ish benching.
