For me it gets worse over time instead. I now preemptively get to one knee after a work set of DLs as light-headedness usually strikes in a few seconds. I tried not to perform a short breath at the top of DL, but it doesn't seem to help. At the bottom only one deep breath I do. Don't get dizzy either on warmup sets or on other BB lifts, including PCs. For DLs it seems to happen only if reps are above 3 and I'm close to my max.

Interestingly, I also get it on 45 degrees incline DB BP, right after I press DBs for the first time after I lay on the bench. I wait for a few seconds with DBs up, it goes away and doesn't return (until next set).

Too bad you're in Rus. We can fix this with some coaching, I'll bet.

Yeah, likely. Given lack of possibility to be coached, maybe I should try some Buffalo Trace, before actions against Rus get worse.
