    Hi all,

Bad camera angle I know (I read the sticky) but my space is very small and my equipment severely limited. I know I am high on reps 3, 4 and 5; probably on rep 2 as well. What about rep 1?

    Second set of 120kg (265lbs) at 3x5:

    Advice and comments appreciated. Thanks,

Yup, they're all high, including the first rep. Reps 1 and 2 are pretty close, but 3,4, and 5 are all quite high. It's really hard to give advice confidently from that vid, but I'd say push your knees out harder and get them in place (forward) sooner; knees forward and out, then just out as you sit back.

Thanks Micheal. I appreciate the feedback and will reset the weight a little and focus on depth by pushing my knees out more and widening my stance to get further in the hole. I need to find a safer place to do my squats! I think some of the depth issue is mental since I don't have a safe place to dump the weights should I get stuck down low...
