    Male, 94kg, 5'10

    Squat 142.5kgx3x5
    Deadlift 165kgx4
    Bench 90kgx3x5
    Press 65kgx3x5

I've ran LP into the ground now and would like to get leaner before I go on TM.

My goals while cutting are to maintain as much strength and muscle mass as possible. I would like to gain strength if that is possible too?

I was thinking of losing 1-1.5lbs per week.

How does 250/375/55 P/C/F to start off with and I'll adjust from there?

Myfitnesspal stats from the last two months to help:

    Last month:
    Monthly weight gain = +2.86lbs
weekly average weight gain = +0.72lbs
    Average weekly calories = 4170

    Month before:
    Monthly weight gain = +3.08lbs
weekly average weight gain = +0.77lbs
    Average weekly calories = 4030

I don't think I'd cut 1000kCal or so right off the bat. I think you can get stronger, slowly, provided you don't do anything silly like cut 1000kCal off the bat...
