Squat Check

Thought I knew how to squat. Incorrect.

Bad video but doesn't hide the shitty technique. Bad rounding in the hole, the whole works. Poor choice of wardrobe and camera-bro.
I've tried to amend things with constant filming and rereading of squat chapter. I look at Wolf's squats a lot and try not to get distracted by his calves.

You're all hips, Prim. Use some more knee at the top. This will probably create a slightly more vertical back angle and I bet you'll keep a little more extension at the bottom this way. I'll concede that your first video shows a tiny bit of lumbar flexion at the bottom, but not a ton. Let's see how this one fix changes the lift for you.
