    Drop your hips a bit at the start mang. Shoulders don't need to be that far forward of the bar.

    You off the floor:


    Liao Hui off the floor:


    When you drop your hips at the start, make sure your hips and chest rise together. Making your pull from the ground slow and controlled will help with this. Try not to yank the bar off the ground. If you yank it off the ground you're going to do the stripper booty and shoot your ass up. Once you get to the hang you can get all aggressive and shit.

    Thanks for the input. I'll put in the effort and commit to some changes. I don't expect everything to work but there's no way to know without practicing them for a while.
