Coach Delgadillo has categorically stated that you have slutty nurse assistants who approve the posts on this forum. Two questions:

1) Is that true?
2) Do they have any advice regarding lifting?

2) How do the nurses expect us to deadlift without hands?? Tie the barbell do our dicks and pull it up? That'd be possible only for sumo pullers, given ROM and all of that important stuff?
