    Hey Jordan,

    I'm currently 5'11" and 188lbs and wanting to get to 200+ however I currently have some decent pudge in the stomach. My diet has been pretty shitty and I'm working to correct that. I'm also adding in some prowler 1x/week after my TM VD workout. I've never been good with counting calories. Do you have a "quality food list" you recommend? Any other suggestions you'd make?

    My quality food list has been posted on here 2-10 times in various permutations. Should be an easy find. My stock recommendations are to get most of your nutrition from single ingredient foods, track your macros and fiber, and then adjust total intake based on your goals and results.

    Whole wheat bread is fine by me.

    Protein sources:
    -chicken
    -beef
    -eggs
    -bacon
    -fish
    -whey
    -cottage cheese
    -milk/cheese

    Carbs:
    -rice
    -oats
    -potatoes
    -fruit
    -vegetables
    -poptarts and froyo (in moderation)
    -fiber supps
    -beans
    -bread/cereals/grains as you tolerate them
    -popcorn

    Fats:
    -nuts and nut butters
    -coconut oil
    -grassfed butter
    -fish oil
    -olive oil
    -avocado
