Last year I've got advice to take L-Phenylalanine for stimulating muscle growth. I've purchased a few bottles from NOW Foods but quickly stopped taking them after discovering your forum and not seeing them mentioned anywhere. Currently trying to decide whether to consume them myself, or sell away. If they're good, should I take them with protein shakes, or with BCAA?

I actually take that to help with dysthymia. I feel it helps elevate my mood.
