    Default L-Phenylalanine supplementation

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    Last year I've got advice to take L-Phenylalanine for stimulating muscle growth. I've purchased a few bottles from NOW Foods but quickly stopped taking them after discovering your forum and not seeing them mentioned anywhere. Currently trying to decide whether to consume them myself, or sell away. If they're good, should I take them with protein shakes, or with BCAA?

    It's just an amino acid and supplementing with it in and of itself does not have data to support its efficacy.

    I actually take that to help with dysthymia. I feel it helps elevate my mood.

    Probably I'll give it away. But out of curiosity, do you take it with food or fasted/with BCAA? I saw some reviews suggesting it only affects mood when consumed fasted.
