Squat recheck please - 215
Dear Coaches,
I would appreciate your feedback. This is after 2 previous deloads, the first due to too much weight and poor form and the second due to back injury. I finally feel like my chest isn't caving in the hole and that I'm getting some depth.

My other lifts seem to be hitting their stride now. Squat has been much slower to progress.

Sit back more and drive you knees out harder. You are a long legged dude. This will result in you leaning over a good deal. Right now you are initiating the squats with the knees and letting them go too far forward. The previous cues should help with that.
