    Hello,
This is my first post on the forum as I have just started the program two weeks ago.

A couple things I can see for myself I need to clean up, most noticeably to me, is the head fake I give to start the ascent.

My biggest concern and something I have been working on is my back angle as I have a hard time breaking from a high bar squat. Thanks.

Yup, looks like we have some old habits to break. That little head movement thing you're doing isn't ideal, but since you do appear to keep your eyes focused on the same spot reasonably well through the set, we'll focus on a few other things first.

    1. Full re-set between reps. Big breath, set your abs and back before each rep. Don't rush to get to the next rep.
    2. Get your knees in place sooner. Meaning, forward knee travel is finished by the time you're about halfway down; after that it's all sitting your butt back and leaning over to achieve depth. If you just think about shoving your knees out the entire time, starting from the very initiation of the movement, there's a decent chance it'll come out just right.
    3. HIP. DRIVE. Keeping driving your hips up the entire way up, don't start trying to raise your chest when you're partway up.

Focus on those three things and let's see how they look next time.

    Thanks. I appreciate the feedback.

I'll work in that and see how it goes tomorrow in the next workout.
