    I have only been seriously squatting a few months and could use some critique. I have been filming myself and correcting the big mistakes. I think I'm pretty decent know, but would like an expert opinion. Thanks for your time.

    starting strength coach development program
    Initiate your squat more smoothly. Keep your chin down and look at a spot about five feet in front of you the whole time. Your knees are punching forward at the bottom. Get them into place by about halfway down and keep them there.
